System Engineer

A leading defense company is looking for a Systems Engineer for the development and production of communication systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading development and production processes of the products in the project from the development phase to production transition.
• Writing system and subsystem requirement documents, defining and managing interfaces, overseeing development, testing, and integration processes.
• Performing integrations and participating in experiments both in Israel and abroad.
• The role requires involvement in both the development and production of systems.

Requirements:

• Engineer with a background in Hardware/Software/Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in hardware development.
• Experience in projects with foreign clients.
• Experience in testing, integration, and system integration.
• Experience in matrix management (leading without authority).
• Experience in transitioning from development to production.
• High proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel abroad (3-5 trips per year).
