B2C Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the consumer marketing strategy, including planning and managing targeted campaigns to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources across various channels, with ongoing monitoring of expenditures and ROI measurement.
• Implement advanced digital marketing tools and techniques to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Analyze market insights, understand trends and customer needs, and develop data-driven actions to enhance brand positioning.
• Lead customer-focused campaigns across diverse channels such as social media, paid advertising, digital mailings, and additional content activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Service, to ensure consistent messaging and comprehensive support of marketing activities.
• Build customer personas and target audiences, investigate customer journeys, and tailor marketing activities accordingly.\
• Conduct data analysis to generate marketing insights and actionable conclusions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field-

a Master’s degree is an advantage.

• 3-5 years of experience in B2C marketing, including HO work with advanced digital tools and data analysis.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, consumer-focused campaigns with a deep understanding of market trends and budget management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret results and generate marketing insights.
• Excellent project management, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
