Internal Legal Counsel

One of Israel's leading real estate companies specializing in income-generating assets, such as office buildings and commercial centers, is seeking an Internal Legal Counsel to join its legal department. This pivotal role involves managing legal agreements, providing ongoing legal support, and advising various company departments.

Job Description:

• Legal Agreement Management: Drafting, reviewing, and managing diverse agreements, including lease agreements, contracts with contractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
• Legal Support for Internal Operations: Advising on legal matters related to the management of the company's assets, addressing day-to-day legal issues, and supporting various departments in their activities.
• Interaction with Authorities and External Entities: Handling legal matters with regulatory bodies, local authorities, and external consultants as required.
• Multi-Faceted Legal Responsibilities: Managing a range of legal tasks, ensuring efficient execution of processes while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic and challenging environment.

This is a full time, on-site position, from the offices in Central Israel

Requirements

• :Professional Experience: 3–5 years of legal experience, particularly in the field of income-generating real estate
• .Expertise in Contracts: Significant experience drafting and managing lease agreements for commercial, logistics, and office properties
• .Additional Knowledge
• :Experience in capital markets – a strong advantage
• .Previous experience in the legal department of an income-generating real estate company – highly desirable
• .Personal Skills
• :High work ethic and ability to work independently
• .Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex processes under tight timelines
• .Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player
