Key Responsibilities:

• Performance & Automation: Drive a robust performance marketing strategy—encompassing marketing automation, email marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, and lead generation—that propels the company’s growth and strengthens its market footprint.
• Marketing Collateral & Events: Develop and oversee the creation of impactful marketing collateral and materials. Lead the planning and execution of industry events, ensuring a compelling brand presence that engages and informs prospective clients.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. Guide the team to excel in delivering on key initiatives and business objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns. Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring that all efforts align with the company’s overarching goals and fuel sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in tech marketing, preferably focused on electronic appliances or physical electronic hardware.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, including lead generation, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven track record in managing and inspiring a marketing team.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
