Controller

IDE Technologies (located in Kadima) is a global leader in water treatment solutions, expands across 45 countries, specializes in the design, engineering, construction and operation of municipal and industrial water treatment facilities.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Controller, to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Significant hands-on responsibilities across all financial aspects of the group's activity

·        Group's foreign subsidiaries quarterly / annual financial reporting packages.

·        On-going intercompany transactions monitoring.

·        Periodic foreign subsidiaries compliance and reporting.

·        On-going local and foreign taxation including tax reports preparation.

·        Planning and participating in the annual financial budget process.

Location: Kadima

Reports to: Finance Director

Job Requirements:

·        CPA - a Must

·        At least 3 years' experience in Big4 - a Must

·        Proven experience as a Controller in a global industrial company

·        Proven experience handling complex international tax transactions and transfer pricing

·        Solid knowledge of IFRS

·        Due diligence, merger/acquisition & business integration experience

·        English – full proficiency
