Product Lead

Travelier, formerly Bookaway Group, is a dynamic travel-tech company transforming the way people experience ground and sea transportation. Our innovative digital platforms simplify complex local markets, empowering travelers to effortlessly book ferries, buses, and trains worldwide.

Our group builds technology that allows the different Travelier brands to reach world scale, share inventory and optimize their customer experience.

We’re looking for a seasoned product manager to lead the Travelier Connect product team.

As the product lead, you be responsible for:

• Managing, coaching, and ensuring the growth and success of our product team.
• Collaborating on group strategy and vision, translating it to our product roadmap, and leading the product team to achieve it.
• Using the vast amounts of data available to us to locate opportunities, drive decision making processes, and optimize our resource allocation.
• Owning the hands-on product work for key features, integrations, or tooling projects within our product line.
• Collaborating with external stakeholders across the group to discover and identify opportunities
  
  

• 6+ years as a product manager in product companies.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing product teams
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous startup environments.
• Proven track record of launching and iterating on successful products.
• Analytical mindset - experience conducting experiments and using data as an execution driver.
• Strong technical / analytics background - either as a developer, analyst, or other technical role. You need to be comfortable collaborating with engineers, understanding system architecture, and analyzing data at scale.
• Background in B2B / SaaS / Fintech / TravelTech / Internal tooling - preferred
• Excellent English and written communication
