About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Innovation Team, focusing on building POCs (Proof of Concepts) and MVPs that deliver 10x to 100x value for both internal and external customers.

This position requires hands-on expertise across AI/GenAI and full-stack development, with a focus on innovation and practical execution. You will design and implement end-to-end POCs and MVPs, covering multiple domains such as AI/GenAI, frontend, backend, cloud computing, real-time streaming, data management, DevOps, and security. As a key player in architecting and executing solutions, you’ll drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring they have real-world impact.

We seek candidates with a broad technical skillset who enjoy solving complex problems across various technologies and are capable of delivering creative, hands-on solutions. The ideal candidate is independent, results-oriented, and can navigate the full technology stack with ease.

What you'll bring

• AI/GenAI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI technologies, including: Model fine-tuning, training AI models, and applying AI concepts to real-world problem.
• Frontend Development: Hands-on experience with modern UI/UX frameworks like React, js, or Angular using JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with HTML5, CSS3.
• Backend Development: Proficiency in designing and building robust backend systems using technologies like js, Java, Python, Go, or Rust.
• Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure: Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including microservices, serverless computing, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• DevOps and Automation: Experience in DevOps practices, including: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Database and Data Management: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and
• Security Best Practices: Strong understanding of security protocols and ensuring security compliance in both development and deployment processes.
• Distributed Systems and Streaming: Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Apache Flink, or similar platforms for real-time data processing.

• Hands-On Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and architecture of POCs and MVPs, ensuring a hands-on approach throughout the implementation process.
• Leverage AI/GenAI Solutions: Apply AI/GenAI concepts to solve complex problems, including fine-tuning models and applying existing AI frameworks effectively.
• Collaboration with Business Units: Work closely with business units to understand pain points and opportunities, translating them into high-impact technical solutions.
• Lead by Example in Development: Actively contribute to the codebase, taking ownership of key features and demonstrating hands-on technical leadership to the rest of the team.
• Experiment with High-Risk Projects: Drive rapid experimentation on high-risk, high-reward projects, iterating on ideas and solutions to maximize success.
• Ensure Real-World Scalability: Ensure that POCs are not only innovative but also scalable and ready for adoption by business units.
