R&D Process Researcher

QD-SOL is a startup at the forefront of innovation, pioneering technologies that utilize sunlight to produce green hydrogen at scale.

To further advance our mission, we are seeking a talented and experienced research & development engineer to join our process team.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute photochemical experiments under both lab and field conditions.
• Develop comprehensive research strategies, including testing and measurement methods.
• Analyze experimental data, extract key insights, and present findings to management.
• Conduct in-depth literature reviews, staying abreast of scientific and technological advancements.

Qualifications (Must)

• M.Sc. or higher in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Proven experience working in a laboratory with chemicals.
• Background in physical chemistry, electrochemistry, photochemistry, or catalysis.
• Experienced with conducting complex, multi-variable experiments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Self learner with a proactive attitude.

Significant Advantage

• 2-5 years of industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with gas chromatography techniques.
• Academic or industrial experience with photocatalytic reactions and nanomaterials.
• Practical experience with solar panels.
