System Administrator

STARTICA is looking for a System Administrator for a long-term, hybrid position in a tech organization. You'll be a part of a collaborative and service-oriented team.

• Manage IT infrastructure in server rooms, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, operating systems, backups, updates, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Install and update operating systems and security patches.
• Deploy and maintain physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and server infrastructure.
• Operate and support backup systems, ensuring network server availability, backups, and recoveries.

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in VMware, Microsoft and Linux Servers setup, management, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of storage systems, server hardware, networking, and protocols.
• Experience with complex troubleshooting in on-premises and Azure environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with security systems (Firewalls, EDR, Web Filtering) and PowerShell scripting.
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Organized and systematic with the ability to multitask.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

This role requires readiness to work one weekend every six weeks.
