About the RoleScodix is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to manage our customer acquisition and brand engagement strategies across digital platforms. This key role will focus on driving lead generation, nurturing metrics, managing impactful social media campaigns, and using performance insights to continually refine marketing efforts.

Responsibilities1. Lead Generation- Develop and execute data-driven lead generation strategies to attract, nurture, and convert prospects into qualified leads and opportunities.
- Leverage multiple channels, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, CTA's, and social media, to achieve lead generation goals.
- Design and optimize lead nurturing campaigns to effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff, alignment, and follow-up.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics, reporting on ROI and implementing optimizations as needed.
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and reputation.
- Manage and curate content across Scodix’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging channels.
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful interactions with followers.
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and best practices in social media to innovate and enhance our digital presence.
- Monitor performance metrics, providing actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and audience-targeted content that aligns with Scodix’s brand and values.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on feedback and data analysis to maximize effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation and social media management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing lead-generation campaigns with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions and improve performance.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot, CRM tools (Salesforce), and social media management tools.
