We invite you to join us as a Technical Manager / Plant Engineer who will lead the engineering and technical activities in the organization.

This role includes initiating and leading projects to improve efficiency and productivity, reduce maintenance costs and ensure the smooth functioning of all plant systems.

Responsibilities include collaborating with suppliers in Israel and abroad, improving performance by minimizing production failures, and planning and building an advanced technical warehouse.

Come build and implement preventive maintenance programs and implement evaluation metrics for ongoing monitoring of maintenance activities and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - required.

- Familiarity with ERP systems for maintenance management.

- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

- Good command of the English language.

- At least two years of industry experience in a similar role - required.

- High ability to work in a team and communicate with different interfaces.

- Management and leadership skills of people and processes.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- Assertive ability.
