Head of CCOE Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) Team Lead to drive our cloud adoption strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, a proven track record in leading technical teams, and a passion for innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of cloud engineers and architects in designing, implementing, and managing our hybrid cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the cloud strategy for the organization, including the migration of workloads to the cloud and the optimization of cloud resources.
* Lead a team of cloud engineers and architects in the design, implementation, and management of cloud solutions.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that they are up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
* Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions into the overall IT infrastructure.
* Develop and implement cloud governance policies and procedures.
* Manage cloud costs and ensure that the organization is getting the most value from its cloud investments.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and trends.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on hybrid cloud environments.
* Proven experience leading technical teams.
* Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.
* Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
* Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
* Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
