PassportCard Group’s Internal Audit Department is looking for a motivated team member to drive meaningful improvements across our processes.

Position Highlights:

• Conducting internal audits on organizational processes, identifying gaps, providing actionable recommendations, and following up on implementation.
• Preparing comprehensive audit reports and tracking recommendations.
• Collaborating with field managers and relevant stakeholders within the organization.
• Managing audit processes focused on process improvement and risk management.
• Leading meetings with various levels of professionals across departments.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, or Law – required.
• 1-3 years of experience in internal audit within a major accounting firm, insurance company, capital markets, or banks – required.
• Strong analytical skills, prior experience in report writing, and analyzing complex data and organizational processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of organizational processes and project management.
• Detail-oriented with a high emphasis on quality and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage in professional discussions with managers and other stakeholders.
