ZIMARK is on the lookout for a head of Growth Marketing with expertise in B2B Demand Generation to lead strategies for lead generation and growth at ZIMARK, as we penetrate and grow in the North American market.
ZIMARK is a computer vision-based, real-time asset tracking solution for warehouses and parking lots.
Dedicated to bringing automation and enhancing logistics efficiency.
About the Role:
As the 1st Head of Growth Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in building ZIMARK’s marketing department from the ground up.
You will take ownership of the marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and positioning.

The ideal candidate possesses experience in demand generation, proficiency in Marcom tools, a deep understanding of the lead generation process, and a background in various marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads that convert to paying, satisfied customers.
- Craft a marketing strategy and Go-To-Market plan to ensure optimal market resonance.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments for cohesive demand-generation efforts, while delving into the intricacies of the solution and its features.
- Lead Account Based Marketing campaigns for engagement.
- Identify and implement effective marketing channels to grow the audience.
- Develop and manage demand generation budgets.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of growth initiatives and marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies based on insights.
- Utilize data and customer insights for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage the creation of customer testimonials and case studies.
- Craft a strategy for content that resonates effectively with the target audience. Utilize various platforms to distribute compelling content (blog posts, articles, social) to the right audience.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing and demand generation.
- At least 2 years experience leading a marketing department and experience working in a B2B startup.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of data-driven decisions. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus.
- Showcase proven expertise in growth marketing tactics.
- Background in various marketing channels and in Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Ability to learn and understand technology offerings and architecture.
- Updated on industry trends, tools, technologies, and techniques.
