We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Project Manager to lead our Generative AI Software Solutions group. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Oversee the end-to-end project management of AI-driven software solutions, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with company goals and developer needs.
• Innovate: Harness your startup mentality to introduce fresh, creative approaches to project management, fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
• Collaborate: Work closely with global interfaces in the organization which develop or use generative AI solution and help to sync with our internal group.
• Execute: Develop and implement robust project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Strategize: be involved in the product roadmap and direction and help to manage the adoption of our solutions in the organization.
• Optimize: Utilize your experience in enterprise solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement within the software delivery life cycle.
• Communicate: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to management.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably within both a large corporate environment and a fast-paced startup.
• Technical Proficiency: understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and AI technologies, particularly generative AI, and their application in software development.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
