Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
  

• Experience with PHP development.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Previous experience managing QA positions or teams.
• 1.5+ years of experience in a management or team leadership role.
  
  

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 full stack developers and 4 QA professionals, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects using agile methodologies.
• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions using ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Oversee QA processes, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance standards are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews, and troubleshooting, and guide the team in best practices.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
