Affiliates Team Leader

Description

The Affiliates Team Leader will be responsible for shaping, leading, and expanding Fiverr’s global affiliates program. In this role, you will craft and execute the roadmap for Fiverr’s affiliate ecosystem, including GTM strategy, positioning, and targeted marketing initiatives. You’ll drive new affiliate opportunities and align each initiative with Fiverr’s strategic objectives and growth goals. This includes overseeing affiliate recruitment and engagement, implementing new tools, and delivering post-activity analysis to support program scaling and expansion.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Manage, lead, develop and inspire a team of affiliate managers and growth marketing managers
• Responsible for identifying and prioritizing international market opportunities to achieve long-term sustainable growth.
• Growing the partnerships portfolio to increase both the Fiverr’s awareness and customers base.
• Monitor, develop, expand and nurture existing affiliate partnerships
• Strategically evaluating and reporting results of the overall operation and activities to internal stakeholders, as well as regularly monitor and define new areas of growth to maximize the performance of the partners program.
• Oversee partners management team communication to publisher base surrounding offer pitches, company messaging, strategy, best offer assets and to ensure each affiliate team member is communicating in a method and style that represents Fiverr in a professional, polished, and informative manner.
  
  

Requirements

• 7 years proven experience in affiliate or account management at a strategic and managerial level, with a track record of scaling affiliate programs and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive affiliate program innovation and align affiliate marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making. Strong ability to analyze and present complex data effectively.
• Managerial experience of at least 2 years, including overseeing and mentoring affiliate/account managers, ensuring team alignment with business goals, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering insights, recommendations, and program updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in exact sciences, marketing, business, or a related field – an advantage.
