Performance Analysis Team Leader

We are seeking a Performance Analysis Team Leader to lead efforts in ensuring the performance and reliability of Mobileye’s Autonomous Driving platforms. Based in Jerusalem, you will manage a small team of data analysts and validation engineers, overseeing the integrity of data and alignment of insights with performance standards. This is a pivotal role requiring a holistic understanding of autonomous systems and the ability to deliver actionable insights in a rapidly evolving field.

What will you job be like?

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of performance KPIs and key issues affecting Mobileye’s autonomous driving platforms.
• Manage and lead a team of data analysts / validation engineers, fostering collaboration to deliver high-quality insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the latest performance standards.
• Conduct in-vehicle assessments to evaluate system performance under real-world conditions.
• Critically evaluate event analyses and driver feedback for automated classification and actionable insights.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to stay informed on critical issues and requirements.
• Understand customer-defined KPIs and ensure validation processes align with these metrics.
• Continuously analyze performance data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive innovation by pushing boundaries to improve validation processes and product performance.
  
  

• B.sc in natural sciences, Industrial Engineering or another relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, product, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
• Proven ability to understand complex, holistic systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Experience managing or leading small teams.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes of performance issues.
• Deep understanding of customer KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ability to conduct on-road evaluations and interpret driver feedback effectively.
  
  

• Experience in the autonomous vehicle domain or related fields.
• Knowledge of Mobileye systems or similar AV platforms.
• Familiarity with validation tools, processes, and data pipelines.
