Global Cyber Security and Incident Response Lead

This position plays a critical role in safeguarding our organization’s information assets by leading our Security Information, and partnering in Event Management and Security Operations Centre initiatives.

What will your responsibilities be?

Incident Response:

• Lead the incident response by identifying, investigating, and mitigating security incidents.
• Perform triage to determine the scope and impact of incidents.
• Conduct post-incident analysis and develop recommendations for improving incident response.
• Threat Intelligence:
• Stay up to date with the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
• Gather, analyze, and apply threat intelligence to enhance security posture.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Prepare and present regular security reports to the CISO and other senior management.

Continuous Improvement:

• Create detailed incident reports and after-action reviews and monitor.
• Maintain documentation related to security incidents and response activities.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM are highly desirable.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in leadership of incident response in Global companies.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cyber security in Global companies.
• Proven experience in incident response and handling complex security incidents.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight) and SOC operations.
• Familiarity with SOC tools and technologies such as IDS/IPS, EDR, and SOAR platforms.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automating security tasks.
• English - excellent level.
