Responsibilities:
- Strategy Ownership: Develop and execute the brand's lifecycle email marketing strategy, aligning with overall marketing goals.
- Email Program Management: Oversee end-to-end email campaigns, including segmentation, creative development, A/B testing, deployment, and tracking.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze weekly campaign results to optimize performance, enhance engagement, and improve conversion and deliverability rates.
- Industry Insight: Stay updated at industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to create compelling content and integrate campaigns seamlessly.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement personalization and automation strategies to optimize email marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role in an E-commerce company.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify) and deliverability tools.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, personalization, and deliverability.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
