Head of Production Floor Management Position - Temporary Standard Contract with Option for Permanent Employment (Job Reference: 694)

Responsibilities within the Role:

Direct management of team leaders and indirect management of approximately 40 production floor employees.

Management of daily work routines - including productivity, quality control, discipline, shifts, training, safety, orderliness, cleanliness, quality assurance, and more.

Introduction of new equipment, implementation of new technologies, employee training, and professional development of existing staff.

Writing and/or approval of protocols, methods, procedures, schedules, and equipment orders.

Interaction with various interfaces within the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology (B.S.C.) - Mandatory

At least 3 years of previous management experience - Preferred experience in production floor management is advantageous

Proficiency in all Office software packages - Mandatory

Familiarity with pharmaceutical world and GMP regulations - Significant advantage

Knowledge of ERP systems - Advantage

High-level English proficiency - Mandatory

Experience in operational excellence/LEAN methodologies - Advantage

Knowledge of investigation methodologies such as 5 Whys - Advantage
