Head of Floor Management - Temporary Position with Option for Permanent Role (Job Number: 694)

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Production Department as the Head of Floor Management. This is a new position with exciting opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct management of team leaders and indirect supervision of approximately 40 production floor employees

Daily work routine management including productivity, quality control, discipline, shifts, training, safety, orderliness, cleanliness, and more

Introduction of new equipment, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, employee training, and upskilling existing staff

Writing and/or approval of protocols, procedures, policies, schedules, and equipment orders

Interaction with various stakeholders within the organization

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biotechnology - Essential

At least 3 years of previous management experience - Preferred

Previous production floor management experience advantageous

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications - Essential

Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry and GMP regulations - Significant advantage

Knowledge of ERP systems - Advantageous

High level English proficiency - Essential

Experience in operational excellence/LEAN methodologies - Advantageous

Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies such as "Why's 5" - Advantageous
