CyberGym® is seeking a talented training developer to craft engaging programs that equip our customers with the skills and knowledge to defend against cyberattacks. You'll collaborate closely with our team of software engineers, cyberattack specialists, and other IT security professionals to ensure your programs are effective and up to date.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop comprehensive cyber training programs, modules, and learning materials, incorporating advance learning principles and best practices.
• Identify and assess the organization's cybersecurity training needs and gaps.
• Utilize various instructional methods, including simulations, case studies, hands-on exercises, and eLearning modules, to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust as needed.
• Stay up to date with the evolving cyber threat landscape and incorporate the latest trends and tactics into training content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and technical depth of training materials.
• Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate learner comprehension and program effectiveness.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging training content, tailored to different audiences and learning styles.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
• Leading and managing the training development timeline from a-z.
• Perform as key lecturer of the instructional part of the training process.  
• conduct comprehensive Train-the-Trainer sessions to equip other trainers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and techniques to deliver high-quality cybersecurity training programs effectively.

·        The position offered is at CybergymIEC HQ, located at the Northern Hi-Tech Park, Caesarea, Israel.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and threats.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) a plus.
• Experience developing eLearning modules a plus.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent instructional design skills, including the ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and audience levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in facing clients in large enterprises, defence industries and government organizations worldwide.
• Availability for travels
• English at mother tongue level (excellent written and verbal skills) – required.
• Effective Communication: Clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
• Strong Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging and informative presentations.
