Role Description

We are looking for a skilled full stack developer eager to shape our product's future, working closely with our CTO to develop innovative solutions that will elevate SeatPick to become the world's leading ticket platform. The role also includes building and managing the company's R&D team.

As part of our team, you will:

• 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript in production environments.
• 5+ years of experience working as a full stack developer.
• At least one year experience in the past two years with hands-on experience with Next.js
• Advanced hands-on experience with Django.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of TypeScript.
• Proven experience in managing teams of 2-5 developers
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering well-tested, high-quality, maintainable projects.
• Self-managed, proactive work.

• Provide strategic leadership to the R&D team to guide the design, development, and implementation of new features and improvements to our e-commerce platform.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of our product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Ensure our platform stays at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements.
• Take ownership of all R&D initiatives, demonstrating responsibility and accountability for results.
• Assist in talent acquisition, team building, and skill development to create a high-performing R&D team.
