We are seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong Full Stack Development background to lead our technical vision and execution. This role is perfect for a hands-on, solution-driven leader who can guide our team in developing scalable, innovative, and user-friendly solutions while driving our technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technical strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and secure software solutions.
• Manage the entire tech stack, from front-end to back-end, and oversee DevOps, infrastructure, and cloud services.
• Hands on, one man show.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to bring ideas to life.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to keep the company competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in technologies such as:
• Front-end: React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
• Back-end: Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, or similar.
• Databases: SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• DevOps: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in Zoho suite.
• Familiarity with CRM & LMS integrations.
