Responsibilities

* Analyzing and understanding business processes, requirements, and current systems.

* Documenting and communicating the results, including detailed specifications, manuals, and training materials.

* Collaborating with developers, testers, and product managers to implement solutions that meet business needs.

* Participating in designing and testing new functionalities, analyzing feedback, and suggesting improvements.

* Providing ongoing support and training to users.

Qualifications

* 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst 

* Proficient in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other data analysis tools.

* Ability to create technical documentation and user manuals.

* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
