Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transformation and change initiatives within the Technology Division
• Coach and supervise teams to achieve goals, improve performance, and accelerate DELIVERY
• Analyze and enhance technological processes across teams, focusing on adopting and implementing advanced tools, automation, methods, and technological infrastructures (cloud, DEVOPS, CI/CD, AI, etc.)
• Identify bottlenecks, barriers, and bureaucratic processes, working with relevant stakeholders to breakthrough limitations
• Implement management models and routines to support decision-making processes, control mechanisms, and continuous improvement using relevant metrics and dashboards

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management - significant advantage (especially with Information Systems specialization)
• Technological orientation and experience implementing processes in agile technological environments
• Familiarity with banking ecosystem - an advantage
