Business Project Manager - Radar Systems

ELTA is looking for a Business Project Manager to lead a significant and unique project for the development of a specialized radar system.

What will you do:

• Managing all aspects of a major development project for a test field radar system, including financial and contractual aspects with clients and subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
• Leading the direct project team and coordinating with various matrix interfaces within the plant and division.
• Overseeing work packages, software and hardware development processes, procurement, risk management, and equipment acquisition.
• Conducting official reviews and experiments with clients.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in business project management – mandatory.
• Experience and familiarity with radar systems – advantage.
• Experience in developing integrated hardware and software systems or managing multidisciplinary projects during the development phase – mandatory.
• Willingness to travel abroad (average of once every six months) – mandatory.
• Proficiency in English, including technical English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory.
