As a fast-growing startup with 42 team members across two locations, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a talented Marketing Operations Specialist to help drive our marketing efforts. As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in our marketing efforts, managing industry events, driving lead generation, and overseeing impactful campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will work closely with various teams to create compelling marketing materials, ensure operational excellence, and enhance our brand positioning. • Manage logistics for industry events, including registration, meeting scheduling, giveaway coordination, and on-site hospitality arrangements.
• Support event marketing efforts, including pre-event campaigns, specialized newsletters, and post-event follow-ups to maximize engagement and return on investment.

• Support brand-building initiatives, including website updates and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
• Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.

• Oversee campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), ensuring alignment with brand messaging and performance optimization.
• Manage ongoing social content, ensuring alignment with company messaging and goals.
• Manage HubSpot campaigns, including tracking performance, refining strategies, and generating actionable insights.
• Monitor and manage new leads through HubSpot, building targeted prospect lists to support sales.
• Manage monthly Mailchimp campaigns, coordinating content and visuals, creating targeted recipient lists, and tracking campaign performance metrics. 

• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the tech industry (B2B or SaaS is a plus).
• High proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and Mailchimp.
• Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver with a creative mindset and an organized approach to task management.
