You’ll lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of skilled developers, driving innovation and excellence across our platform. With a focus on both hands-on technical expertise and strategic leadership, you’ll oversee development processes, ensure high-quality code, and bring architectural vision to life.

• Lead and mentor backend and frontend development teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Actively participate in coding, architecture design, requirements analysis, and code reviews.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of scalable systems and applications.
• Ensure high-quality SDLC practices, including unit tests, integration tests, and code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure production stability.
• Plan, review, and execute architectural changes in distributed core products.
• Drive innovation and technological strategy while managing day-to-day activities like sprint ceremonies and technical designs.

• 7+ years in software development roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading software development teams.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, TCP/IP (Sockets), RESTful API, MSSQL, Windows Services, and near real-time (RT) data streams.
• Proven ability to architect complex near-RT data stream solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD automation and writing testable code.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Bonus: Experience with client-side development, web technologies, PHP, Linux, and NoSQL.
