Senior Product Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Senior Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and executing Lumen's data strategy, setting growth and product KPIs, creating data infrastructure, integrating data into everyday processes, and generating insights and recommendations for product and development squads.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with product, data, and development teams to deliver top-notch data and analytics to empower key stakeholders. This data-driven approach will fuel efficient product processes and drive the company's success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation and experience with developing and executing data strategies. You will also be a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set Growth and Product KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product development and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and continuous improvement.
• Create Data Infrastructure: Establish robust data infrastructure to support data storage, integration, and accessibility across the organization, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Integrate Data into Everyday Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven insights into daily operations and decision-making processes, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Generate Insights and Recommendations: Utilize advanced analytics and data interpretation techniques to extract actionable insights, providing strategic recommendations to enhance product offerings and development strategies.

What we're looking for

• B.A / B.Sc in a highly quantitative field e.g., engineering/computer science/economics/statistics/Mathematics/Bioinformatics/Computational Biology, etc.
• 5+ years experience as a data/product analyst - solving analysis problems and applying advanced analytical methods as needed
• Hands-on SQL skills and a strong technical orientation
• Experience in Python
• Hands-on data visualization experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with B2C products or product domain – an advantage
• Knowledge or interest in nutrition/metabolism/health – an advantage
