Team Lead

What you’ll do:

You will take part in the design and development of our next generation systems which analyze and classify huge amounts of data every day. You will be facing some fascinating challenges with high performance and scale in the Ad-Tech ecosystem (Digital advertisement). As a Team Lead Backend, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, design and implement scalable backend systems, and ensure code quality through reviews. You’ll play a key role in recruiting and onboarding new team members, conducting performance evaluations, and driving team growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll oversee project delivery while optimizing system performance and tackling technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Versatile tech person with at least 5 years' experience in Java server-side development under Linux O/S, Open source.
• Proven experience of the complete process of building and releasing a high-quality product (CI/CD)
• Proven record of high-end designs, architecture and performance driven applications
• Deep understanding of OOD, Design patterns, Java internals, multi-threading, parallel processing.
• Experience with SQL, RDBMS, Rest.
• Experience with Unit Tests, Integration Tests and End-to-End Tests
• Experience with Agile Scrum, continues delivery and integration environments
• At least one year of experience in leading
• B.Sc. In computer science / SW Eng. or related field, MAMRAM/8200.

Advanced qualification:

• Experience with microservices approach
• Experience in AWS cloud computing infrastructure (EC2, AWS Services etc.)
• Experience in Big-Data Technologies (Hadoop/Spark etc/NoSql DB).
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: NoSQL, Spring, Gradle, Jenkins

Soft skills:

• Team player, highly motivated, Quick learner, always up to date with new technologies.
