About the job: Head AI

AI is a centric pillar in Roojoom’s strategy.

As head of AI you will lead the AI team to propel Roojoom to the forefront of AI technology – for all our products and customers. You will work closely with other technology and business teams.

You will use your AI/ML expertise and creativity to develop new AI models and methods, evolve existing and apply new ones. You will develop innovative models and techniques to solve challenges in real-world use cases.

You will influence our product roadmap, research, and experience while utilizing unique concepts in the fields of ML, Offline RL and AI Agents.

You will lead the AI team with tight guidance and hands on to provide exceptional success criteria to our businesses, while leading AI projects from scratch to production.

You'd be a good fit if you have...

+     Deep experience in modern machine learning methods related to natural language processing, decision-making and tabular data classifications

+     MSc degree in Computer Science/Data Science . A demonstrated research experience through publications in one or more conferences (e.g. NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR or SIGIR) is a big plus

+     Practical skills using modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, Weights and Biases/Optuna/Similar, d3rl, Catboost/XGBOOST/LightGBM, LLMs (PEFT, Instruct, Prompting)

+     Ability to collaborate with internal partners across Product, Success and Engineering teams and external partners in business

+     4-5 years of AI/ML experience in Industry

+     Outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional teamwork

+     Goal driven, self-driven, energetic, passionate about what you do

+     Presentation and customer engagement is a big plus
