Construction and Infrastructure Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager specializing in construction and infrastructure to lead diverse multidisciplinary projects within our company's headquarters.

What will you do:

• Managing and leading construction and infrastructure projects throughout all phases: from initiation and kickoff, through planning and execution, to final delivery.
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of the project and preparing preliminary materials.
• Coordinating and managing planning teams, including responsibility for budgeting, schedule tracking, and oversight using Gantt charts.
• Implementing and disseminating tenders, supervising on-site execution, coordinating subcontractors, approving invoices, and ensuring task completion—all in compliance with planning and construction regulations.

What we are looking for:

• Academic degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience managing and supervising construction and infrastructure projects, including planning and execution – mandatory.
• Strong system-wide perspective and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Service-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
