Product Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of product managers with expertise in information systems, create a work plan for the team and delegate tasks.
• Technical familiarity with the architecture of the systems currently serving the teams under the team’s responsibility and MIS.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders and understanding of business processes within the units.
• Identify potential opportunities for optimizing business processes with clear ROI.
• Manage the product from the definition phase to go-live and post-launch support.
• Experience working with cloud system vendors, evaluating alternatives and budget management.
• Close collaboration with operations and product departments to manage backlogs, priorities, and timelines.
• Act as an intermediary between clients and the development teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Initiate periodic meetings with senior management in the unit to present work plans.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a team with a technical orientation – required.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Information Systems – required.
• Knowledge and experience with integration and automation processes between systems – required.
• Product management experience – an advantage.
• Experience in a gaming company and understanding of its processes – an advantage.
• Experience with CS systems – an advantage.
• Task management, knowledge documentation, technical specification writing, multitasking capabilities.
