Key Responsibilities

• Video lead: Develop, create and execute engaging video materials, such as customer success stories, how-to guides, and service highlights, work closely with the video team and selected vendors.
• Customer Stories: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft authentic and persuasive testimonials.
• Writing projects: research and create micro-blogs, whitepapers, one-pagers, and email communications with a focus on security services.
• Digital Content ideation and creation: Work across various online platforms to ensure high-quality, well-researched, and audience-friendly content.
• Podcasts: Assist in planning and delivering service-related podcasts, from guest coordination to final delivery.
  
  

• At least 2 years as a content creator, writer, or digital marketing project manager, preferably in a tech company.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in key platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and writing/video/design related AI tools.
• Self-motivated, independent, and strong project management skills.
• A talent for identifying compelling stories and bringing them to life.
• Eagerness to learn and grow, even if you lack experience in some areas.
• Able to work effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers while also excelling in independent tasks.
