Team8 Stealth Mode Startup-Data Analyst Lead (core team)

We are a team8’s startup in stealth mode looking for a business-oriented Analyst ready to transition into a Product role, bringing their technical expertise and leadership experience to our fast-paced, dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Write detailed product specifications for developers and manage the lifecycle of features from ideation to release.
• Plan and manage sprints, ensuring smooth collaboration between development, research, and UX teams.
• Conduct interviews with analysts to gather insights and make informed decisions on features before implementation.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Work closely with development, research, and UX teams to ensure effective execution and alignment.
• Leverage your data analysis expertise to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
  
  

• 5+ years as a Data Analyst / Analyst manager, preferably in tech companies, with exposure to diverse industries or domains - MUST
• Proven experience as a Data Team Leader, showcasing leadership and project management skills.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, BI tools, databases.
• Experience with data engineering tools and familiarity with data science tools.
• Product ownership or management experience - is a significant advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
