Software Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale technology projects, including web and mobile systems.
• Manage end-to-end technical projects, from requirements gathering and planning to development, testing, installation, and deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, testers) while maintaining client synchronization throughout the process.
• Oversee and maintain applications and systems, including integration with other systems and addressing advanced technical needs.
• Direct client interaction, understanding needs and providing ongoing support to ensure deadlines and product quality are met.
• Proactively identify potential issues, solve problems, and ensure proper system functionality.
• Manage complex projects involving technological integrations and customer service, maintaining high performance and communication standards.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in managing technical projects, with a focus on mobile and web development.
• Experience managing development, analysis, and testing teams, with direct client interaction.
• Familiarity with API, applications, integrations, and core systems.
• Experience managing large-scale mobile and web systems, including supporting development teams and system maintenance.
• Experience working with large clients and understanding complex organizations.
• Problem-solving, customer service skills, assertiveness, and ability to manage structured processes.
• Deep technical understanding, ability to lead technical discussions both within the team and with clients.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
