We are looking for a skilled full stack developer eager to shape our product's future, working closely with our CTO to develop innovative solutions that will elevate SeatPick to become the world's leading ticket platform. The role also includes building and managing the company's R&D team.

As part of our team, you will:

• Solve real complex problems at a high scale.
• Tackle tough problems and find creative ways to solve them.
• Push your code to millions of users.
  

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Django in production environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and Next.js in production environments.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Django.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
