The Senior Business Operations Manager in our Offerwall Group will oversee the day-to-day operations, improve business processes, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure our Offerwall exceeds client expectations and drive company growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational excellence, and leadership to foster a high-performance team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage the Offerwall Group’s operations to ensure seamless and effective workflow.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, CS, and engineering, to align operations with business goals.
• Monitor key performance metrics and deliver regular reports on operational performance.
• Identify areas of improvement and optimize processes to drive productivity.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
