Job Description
Joining a large energy sector company in tel-aviv and taking responsibility for all salary matters in the company with multiple sites in the country, working as sole payroll person in the company, handling matters including:
Onboarding employees
Preparing salaries
Providing ongoing salary-related responses to employees
Managing taxes, including reporting to tax institutions and authorities
Handling pension arrangements and insurance
Managing employment termination
Discretion is kept
Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a payroll accountant
Proficiency in complex salary agreements, pensions, insurance, and taxes
Experience working with Hilan - an advantage
Familiarity with ovdim.net attendance system (an advantage)
