Clinical Training Manager

Responsible for the deployment of all global clinical trainings. Full support to clinical department activities as part of the team and management of special project assigned by clinical Director.

• Work closely with clinical Director to implement strategies and secure excellence in the execution of internal and external training
• Supervise and manage the worldwide activities related to assessment of training needs, thus building the expertise of the different regions
• Support creating of clinical education tools. Including, OM, QRG, physician guides, training video etc
• Ensure all clinical education materials are consistent and updated
• Create and lead global training plan, workshops, in house trainings and other activities
• Identify gaps between HQ and field and find solutions to close the gaps
• Ensure the most cost efficient training approach is undertaken
• Management of assigned specific projects
• Support KOL communication, aid in allocating new KOL's to enhance clinical support
  
  

• B.sc / M.sc / Ph.D. / DVM / DMD
• At least 3 years in clinical training or clinical trial. Preferably an individual previously handled clients face to face
• Excellent verbal abilities
• Fluent in English
• Other languages are a plus (mainly Spanish, Russian)
• Profound in Microsoft office (PPT, WORD, EXCEL, outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent teamwork
• Tech oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
• Multiple traveling (10-12 yearly)
• Working in a LASER, Radiofrequency & Ultrasound environment
