What you will do:

In this role you will:

• Provide legal advice, guidance and support to HSBC Bank plc Israel branch business lines (Innovation Banking, Commercial Banking, Global Banking and Markets) and support the management of legal risks.

• Provide legal advice and support to complex financing transactions.

• Support and Draft commercial agreements including agreements with service providers.

• Provide legal support to HSBC Group with regards to Israeli clients and the impact of Israeli laws and regulations on variety of activities.

You should apply if you have:

• Fluency in Hebrew and English

• Experience as Israeli lawyer in a legal department of a bank or in a Commercial/High-Tech/Banking department in a large law firm.

• Knowledge and experience in Commercial, Corporate or Banking law.

• High level of legal drafting experience in Hebrew and English.

• Experience in financing transactions, and working with the High-Tech sector - an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong team player.
