Quality Assurance Lead

A Semiconductor component design company Software department is looking for an experienced and highly motivated SW Validation and Automation team leader to join and be part of company's next generation state-of-the-art AI and Wireless platforms.

This group is responsible for designing validation environments including advanced automation methodology.

The SW QA Automation team leader is responsible for aspects of Software verification, validation, and release.

Roles:

• Lead and coach talented team of validation and automation engineers
• Drive full validation life cycle methodologies including requirements analysis, test plans creation, test design and execution, regression automation and more
• Consistently review, analyze, improve, and maintain test automation infrastructures and reports
• Lead activities that are required to release the product for customers
• Define Validation team roadmap and monitor timely backlog execution
• Analyze requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Collaborate globally with architects, development teams and other validation teams

Qualifications

• BSC in computer science or similar
• 3 years experience in leading QA and automation team
• Experience in large or medium organizations
• Formal and practical knowledge of testing methodologies
• Hands on experience in test writing and automation (C++, C, Python)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Simulators, Compilers, Processors and AI related product validation – big advantage
