Recruiting Operations Specialist (12 month contract)

The opportunity

Unity Technologies is looking for a dedicated Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will support both our Professional and Executive Recruiting teams, ensuring the smooth execution of essential recruiting tasks. You’ll handle key operational responsibilities such as scheduling interviews, drafting and sending offer letters, posting job roles, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home or from our local Tel Aviv office. You will be an integral part of our globally distributed team, focused on delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting continuous improvement in our recruiting operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.
• Drafting and sending offer letters and related documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Posting job roles on various platforms, ensuring timely and accurate job advertisements.
• Maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Providing support for key operational tasks such as interview accommodations and candidate feedback surveys, contributing to a positive candidate experience.
