Project Manager

A leading company in the Defense and Space industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join its Product Department. This role demands a proven track record in managing large-scale programs and delivering high-profile projects to global customers. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery while meeting technical, financial, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major projects from initiation to production delivery.
• Oversee successful execution of contracts, including effective client negotiations.
• Plan and manage complex, multidisciplinary systems for global customers.
• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules to achieve defined objectives.
• Supervise all project phases, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Translate customer requirements into clear system and product specifications.

• BSc in Engineering from a recognized institution (advanced degree preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience managing R&D projects, contracts, and negotiations in the defense or aerospace industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex systems and projects effectively.
• Experience delivering products to production.
• Proficiency in budget management and project scheduling.
• A blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with the ability to convert customer requirements into actionable deliverables.
