Project Manager

We Are Hiring: A boutique cyber company providing consulting services and developing products, serving clients across various sectors, including international markets, is looking for a project manager!

They are looking for a dedicated team member to lead and manage a development project for a cutting-edge cybersecurity and OT defense product. This role involves leading development efforts, coordinating research teams and system engineering, managing budgets, and acting as the primary point of contact with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial and contractual aspects with clients and subcontractors.
• Manage and lead the project through all stages, providing systematic and managerial solutions for clients.
• Actively participate in decision-making across technical, organizational, professional, financial, and business aspects, including identifying new opportunities.
• Directly manage the project team, lead matrix teams (system engineering, software, researchers), and oversee all cross-functional interfaces.
• Track work packages, monitor milestones, manage procurement processes, and oversee risk management.
• Conduct reviews, integrations, and formal trials with clients, ensuring all commitments are met.

Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience of at least 3 years in complex project management, including software development and delivery to clients.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies – mandatory.
• Leadership and team motivation skills.
• Systemic thinking and familiarity with development processes.
• Expertise in managing budgets, resources, and schedules.
• Strong client management and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, including technical English (speaking, reading, writing) – mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and a drive for excellence.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or System Engineering – mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Systems, or Business Administration – a significant advantage.
