Bookkeeper

An International Media group in Herzliya is looking for a Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant to join their company. In this role, as the right hand and assistant to VP finance you will be part of the Finance and Accounting team. The role requires a very detail-oriented person, responsible and accountable of the financial duties, outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage payment cycles for local and global vendors.
• Monitor bank account balances and perform bank reconciliations.
• Process travel reports and personal expense reimbursements.
• Assist with end-of-month (EOM) closing tasks.
• Perform other bookkeeping and accounting-related duties as required.
• Operate in a multi-currency financial environment.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience (experience in a global company is an advantage).
• Proficiency in advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (experience with Google Spreadsheets is an advantage).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One and / or QuickBooks (advantageous).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Collaborative and able to work well as part of a team.
