Network and Security Expert

A leading technology company in Holon is looking for a Network and Information Security Operations Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Firewalls and implement security policies, including VPN connections for clients and internal users.
• Operate and maintain routers and switches.
• Operate and maintain Load Balancers to improve network performance.
• Manage and operate DDoS protection systems (WAF, IPS) for infrastructure and application protection.
• Operate Endpoint Detection and Response systems.
• Manage and operate communication and information security solutions in the GCP cloud environment.
• Perform regular system checks and technological upgrades to maintain optimal security levels.
• Work closely with IT and information security teams to resolve issues and improve existing systems.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Network and Information Security Operations Engineer - required.
• Practical knowledge and experience with F5/Alteon Load Balancers, F5 WAF, Cisco Switches & Routers - required.
• Proven experience in operating Firewalls - CheckPoint, Palo Alto.
• Proven experience in operating vault systems GoAnywhere, CyberArk and providing solutions to customers - required.
• Familiarity with various communication protocols - 802.1Q, STP, ARP, CDP, BGP, IP, TCP.
• Hands-on experience in operating and analyzing alerts from leading EDR systems - CrowdStrike, Carbon Black – advantage.
• Familiarity with monitoring and control tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Grafana - advantage.
• Experience in scripting - significant advantage.
• Certifications in relevant products such as F5, CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Cisco - significant advantage.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently, quickly, and thoroughly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure, and in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility and creative thinking.
• Relevant education in the field - advantage.
