Quality Assurance Complaints and Discrepancies Manager

• Handle and document customer complaints and internal discrepancies, from receipt to resolution.
• Investigate complaints and discrepancies to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and assess effectiveness.
• Travel to customer sites when necessary to address complaints.
• Supervise the weekly work schedule for quality auditors.
• Oversee quality auditors' process inspections on various production lines and approve final product surfaces.
• Perform process inspections as needed.
• Supervise production employees' process inspections.
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in production and quality control departments.
• Participate in daily morning meetings.
• Provide employee training on quality and control topics.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing plant.
• Background in the plastics industry is a significant advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in investigating complaints/discrepancies is required.
• Familiarity with BRC/HACCP/ISO 9001:2015 standards is a plus.
• Education: Technician/Engineer in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English (Good level).
• Familiarity with computer systems: ERP – Priority or similar.
• Personal Traits: Assertiveness, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure.

ביצוע ותיעוד התחקור לתלונות ואי התאמות למציאת גורמי שורש, פעולה מתקנת ובדיקת אפקטיביות.

נסיעה ללקוחות החברה בקבלת תלונת הלקוח, במידת הצורך. ;

פיקוח על ביצוע סידור עבודה שבועי למבקרי האיכות.  

פיקוח על ביצוע בדיקות בתהליך של מבקרי האיכות בקווים השונים ואישור משטחי מוצר סופי.

ביצוע בדיקות בתהליך, במידת הצורך.

פיקוח על ביצוע בדיקות בתהליך של עובדי היצור.

אכיפת נהלי והוראות עבודה במחלקות היצור ובקרת האיכות.

השתתפות בישיבות בוקר יומיות.

הסמכת עובדים בנושאי איכות ובקרה

דרישות התפקיד:

ניסיון בתפקיד דומה במפעל תעשייתי יצורי.

רקע בתעשיית הפלסטיקה- יתרון משמעותי.

ניסיון בתחקור תלונות/אי התאמות כ- 3 שנים ומעלה-חובה.

הכרת תקני BRC/HACCP/ISO 9001:2015-יתרון.

השכלה: טכנאי/הנדסאי כימיה/ביוטכנולוגיה/מכונות/תעשיה וניהול.

שליטה בשפות: עברית, אנגלית- רמה טובה

הכרת מערכות מחשב: ERP – פריוריטי/מעלה.

תכונות אישיות: אסרטיביות, קפדנות, יכולת עבודה בלחץ .
